JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was not dismissed by the first respondent. He left the employment of the first respondent by mutual consent to join the second respondent. His employment with the first respondent ended by mutual consent on 30 April 2021.[2]For the avoidance of any doubt, there was no relevant transfer of an undertaking in this case.[3]The claimant retained continuity of employment with the second respondent which was an associated employer of the first respondent at the relevant time. 3 The claims for unfair dismissal, breach of contract and unlawful deductions from wages are dismissed.[4]Since all claims against the first respondent have been dismissed, the first respondent will no longer play a part in these proceedings and is formally dismissed the case.
