JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims succeed against the first Respondent:1.1 his entitled to damages for breach of contract with respect to unpaid expenses in the sum of £17,810 98;1.2 he received less than was properly payable and is entitled to recover on his unlawful deductions claim:1.2.1 £20,000, being the service charge due to him at the rate of £1,000 per month on top of his basic pay, in the period from October 2019 to May 2021;1.2.2 £1,400, being the shortfall in 2 months when he was only paid £1,300 rather than £2,000 with respect to his basic pay;1.2.3 £1,000, unpaid basic pay in the notice period;1.3 he is entitled to accrued untaken annual leave in the sum of £880.21;1.4 I award 4 weeks pay for the lack of written employment particulars, in sum of £3,000.[2]The Claimant’s claims against the second and third Respondent are dismissed.
