JUDGMENT

Rule 21 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[1]By a letter dated 11 December 2020 the Tribunal gave the Respondent an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the response should not be struck out because the Respondent had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 12 June 2020. The Respondent has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The response is therefore struck out and judgment is entered under rule 21 as follows:[2]The Claimant is owed unpaid wages and is awarded £231 in compensation. The Respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant.[3]The Claimant is owned notice pay and is awarded £247.50 in compensation. The Respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant.[4]The Respondent has failed to make pension contributions for the Claimant and must pay £23.25 to the Claimant as compensation for breach of contract.[5]The hearing listed for 21 January 2021 is cancelled.
