Case No: 3320932/2021 11.12 Judgment on reconsideration – no hearing - rules 70 and 73 EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Mr Shawn Baldacchino Respondent: Applied Biotech Ltd UPON a reconsideration of the judgment dated 7 April 2022 on the Tribunal’s own initiative under rule 73 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, and without a hearing[1]The claimant’s claim for deductions of wages is well founded and the claimant is awarded the gross sum of £16,871.98 as set out in the table provided by the claimant and annexed to his ET1.
