[1]The Claimant’s application for reconsideration of the judgment sent to parties on 3 July 2023 is granted.[2]The correct party names for that judgment are as above.[3]For the avoidance of doubt, this does not affect the decision that the Claimant’s email of 12 October 2022 brought the claim to an end on 12 October 2022 because it withdrew the entire claim and Rule 51 applies, or the decision that I decline to issue a judgment dismissing the claimREASONS
[1]The judgment which I previously approved used the name for the employer which the Claimant had used in the claim forms. As the Claimant correctly observes, the Legal Officer’s judgment which I revoked had used the name which that respondent had used for itself.[2]I have also itemised the names of the individual respondents for completeness.
