[1]On 29 December 2019 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to inform him that an Employment Judge was considering striking out his claim because the claim has not been actively pursued.[2]He was given until 20 January 2020 to object to the proposal or to request a hearing at which to do so.[3]The Claimant has failed to respond to the Tribunal’s letter. The claim is therefore struck out.
