Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the following gross sums:a. £739.98 in respect of the outstanding balance of the Claimant’s entitlement to a statutory redundancy payment;b. £127.51 in respect of its failure to pay the claimant in lieu of his accrued but untaken holiday entitlement; andc. £35.12 in respect of its failure to pay the claimant the correct sum in lieu of his notice period on termination of his employment. The sums referred to in sub-paragraphs b. and c. above shall be subject to PAYE deductions as appropriate.[2]The hearing listed on 30/3/2020 is cancelled.
