JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1336.52.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2004.78.[3]The claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal, unpaid wages and holiday pay are dismissed upon withdrawal.[4]The hearing listed on 8 October 2020 is cancelled. Under the provisions of Rule 69, the Judgment sent to the parties on 20 October 2020, is corrected by amending the name of the Claimant to Mrs T Branham.
