JUDGMENT
[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The Claimants were unfairly dismissed.(2) Had a fair process been followed the chance that the Claimants would have been dismissed in any event around the same time they were actually dismissed is assessed at 100%.(3) The Claimants are not entitled to any compensation as a result of their unfair dismissals.(4) Mr Ripley is awarded 2 weeks gross pay as compensation for the Respondent’s failure to provide him with written particulars of employment, assessed in the sum of £961.38.
