The claim is struck out.REASONS
Except in specific circumstances, which do not appear to apply in this case, under section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, claimants are not entitled to bring an unfair dismissal claim unless they were employed for two years. In this claim, the claimant was only employed from 26 August 2021 to 19 September 2021. By a letter dated 16 November 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out. The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done. The claim is therefore struck out.
