JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the Respondent shall be amended to Pang (UK) Ltd.[2]The Claimant’s claims for unpaid wages succeeds: the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1575 in respect thereof.[3]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with written terms and conditions of employment; the Respondent shall pay the Claimant 2 week’s pay in the sum of £576.92.[4]For the avoidance of doubt the total payable by the Respondent to the Claimant under the terms of this Judgment, to be paid without deduction, taxable in the hands of the Claimant, is £2,151.92.
