JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The First Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages on the 8 June 2021.[2]The First Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1500.00, which is the gross sum deducted. The Claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance where applicable. Case Number: 3320582/2021[3]The Second Respondent did not employ the Claimant. It is a party to the claim in its capacity as statutory guarantor. For the avoidance of doubt, this Judgment does not purport to place any additional liability on the Second Respondent.
