JUDGMENT

The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant's wages for the week ending 4 March 2019 and is ordered to compensate the Claimant in the sum of 2336.00. The Respondent has breached the Claimant's contract of employment by failing to give notice on 4 March 2019, and is ordered to compensate the Claimant in the sum of 2560.00. The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant in lieu of entitlement to annual leave for the period ending on 4 March 2019 and is ordered to compensate the Claimant in the sum of 2780.00. The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant for standing time for the week of 12 April 2019 and is ordered to compensate him in the sum of 2560.00. The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant in lieu of entitlement to annual leave for the period ending on 12 April 2019 and is ordered to compensate the Claimant in the sum of 2258.46. The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant's wages for the weeks ending 19 and 26 April and 3 and 10 May 2019 in respect of tax rebates and is ordered to compensate the Claimant in the sum of 277.00. The above sums are calculated gross, without deductions for income tax or national insurance. Provided that the Respondent accounts to HMRC in respect of any such deductions a payment of a sum less such deductions shall be a good satisfaction of this Judgment. Case Number: 3320277/2019
