Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent having failed to served a response, judgment is issued under rule 21.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £9,387.36.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,100.00. This is the gross sum. If the respondent pays the tax and national insurance due to HMRC on these payments, payment of the net amount will meet the judgment debt.
