JUDGMENT
Having heard from the parties and upon consideration of the letter from the claimant dated 19 October 2019 and his claim form, the claim is struck out as:(1) The claimant has acted in breach of the order of Judge Bedeau dated October 2019 as he failed to set out grounds for why the claim should not be struck out for lack of jurisdiction; and/or(2) The claim for unfair dismissal based on health and safety reasons has no reasonable prospect of success; and/or(3) The Employment tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the complaint of unfair dismissal as none of the exceptions (to the 2 year service rule) apply.
