Mr Andrew Ewington v Mr Stuart Monk: 3319760/2019

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 3319760/2019
Mr Andrew EwingtonClaimantMr Stuart Monk RULE 21 JUDGMENT MADE PURSUANT TO RULE 21 OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS RULES OFRespondent
Employment Judge Gumbiti-ZimutoDate 15 October 2019

JUDGMENT

The claimant’s application dated 19 November 2019 for reconsideration of the judgment sent to the parties on 5 November 2019 is refused.

REASONS

There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked, because: The explanation for failing to present the complaint fails to provide an explanation for why the claim was not made within the time limit for the presentation of complaints to the employment tribunal. I do not consider that the claimant’s exchanges with the Insolvency Service show that it was not reasonably practicable to present the complaint within the time limit for the presentation of complaints.
