JUDGMENT
[1]The claim is dismissed on the grounds that the claimant failed to comply with Judge Kurrein’s Unless Order made on 6 December 2019 for compliance by 10 January 2020 to provide full details of the claimant’s claim, although the claimant responded by an email of 8 January 2020 it clearly does not comply with the Unless Order as it fails to identify any act or omission of the respondent which could infer any act of discrimination against the claimant by the respondent on the grounds of pregnancy or sex.[2]In any event this is the second time the claimant has failed to attend hearings and it is assumed that the claimant in any event no longer actively pursuing the claim against the respondent.
