JUDGMENT
(1) It is hereby declared that the Claimant was unfairly dismissed.(2) The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant a basic award of £2,625.(3) The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant a compensatory award of £991.20.(4) It is hereby declared that the Claimant suffered an unauthorised deduction from his wages in the sum of £1,616.45, this sum being net of (and not subject to any further) deductions for income tax and National Insurance.(5) The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,616.45.(6) The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant a sum in lieu of accrued but untaken leave at the termination of his employment in the sum of £241.77, this sum being net of (and not subject to any further) deductions for income tax and National Insurance.(7) The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £241.77.(8) The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with a statement of the principal particulars of his employment and shall in consequence pay the Claimant the sum of £1,050.
