[1]The correct name of the respondent is E-ACT.[2]The claimant does not have sufficient qualifying service to pursue the claim of ordinary unfair dismissal and accordingly that claim is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s complaint of direct age discrimination is out of time and it would not be just and equitable to extend time.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, the claimant’s claim (number 3319348/2019) is dismissed in its entirety.
