JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant was employed continuously by the Respondent from June 2012 to 20 September 2019.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the gross sum of £1092.84 to the Claimant as damages for breach of contract (shortfall in payment in lieu of notice). The award can be satisfied by paying the Claimant the net sum after PAYE deductions (if any), but only if the Respondent properly accounts for such sums to HMRC and gives the Claimant an itemised breakdown. Otherwise, the gross amount should be paid, in which case the Claimant is responsible for any tax payable.[3]The following complaints fail and are dismissed: 3.1. breach of contract claim seeking full pay for the period 29 March 2019 onwards. 3.2. complaints alleging breach of the sex equality clause. 3.3. complaint of unfair dismissal
