JUDGMENT
This was a remote hearing, consented to by the parties. The form of remote hearing was audio (A). A face to face hearing was not held because it was not practicable and all the issues could be determined in a remote hearing. In light of the fact that:(1) the respondent has not submitted a response to the claim; and(2) the claimant stated that a settlement agreement had been reached with the respondent; the entirety of the claim will be dismissed on withdrawal 14 days from today (i.e. on or after 16 July 2020) unless the claimant informs the Tribunal that he wishes to pursue the matter.
