Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013[1]The Tribunal makes a declaration the Claimant has suffered unlawful deduction of wages and the Respondents are Ordered to pay the gross sum of £2,867.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is Ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of 1 week; namely £700.[3]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and it is Ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,300.
