[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant who acknowledged that he did not have two years’ continuous employment with the respondent to bring that claim.[2]The race and disability discrimination claims were presented outside of the three months’ time limit and the tribunal do not extend time on just and equitable grounds, therefore, these claims are struck out as the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear and determine them.[3]The wrongful dismissal claim was presented outside of the three months’ time limit and was not presented within a reasonable time thereafter, therefore, this claim is struck out as the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear and determine it. ..………………………………………………..
