JUDGMENT

[1]The claims of automatic unfair dismissal contrary to s.103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and unlawful detriment contrary to s.47B of the Employment Rights Act 1996 are dismissed because the Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider them.

[2]The claims of direct disability discrimination and disability related harassment contrary to ss.13 and 26 of the Equality Act 2010 were not presented within three months of the acts complained of but it is just and equitable to extend time for presentation of the claims to 9 September 2021.
