JUDGMENT
(1) The claimant’s claim for unfair (constructive) dismissal is well-founded and is upheld.(2) After judgment on liability was given and after the claimant, by her solicitor, confirmed that the only remedy she was seeking was compensation for unfair dismissal (other claims having already been satisfied), the parties agreed that the respondent would pay to the claimant in full and final settlement of her claims the sum of £6,000 within 14 days and would provide a reference to the claimant. In the circumstances, no orders as to remedy are made.
