(1) The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent was in breach of contract in failing to pay him an enhanced redundancy payment is dismissed.(2) The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent was in breach of contract in failing to pay him a bonus for the year 1 February 2018 to 31 January 2019 is upheld.(3) The Respondent must pay the Claimant the sum of £5,250 as damages for breach of contract.
