JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages in respect of arrears of pay from 1 to 10 August 2020. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £213.70.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of her entitlement to one month’s notice. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant damages in the sum of £924.04.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,068.50 in respect of 25 days accrued but untaken holiday.[4]The figures at paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 are gross figures. If the respondent pays the tax and national insurance due to HMRC on these payments, payment of the net amount will meet the judgment debt.[5]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant a redundancy payment of £961.64. This sum must be paid to the claimant in full.
