JUDGMENT
Oral reasons having been given at the hearing, the Tribunal’s judgment is as follows.[1]The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent has refused to permit her to exercise her rights under regulations 13 and 13A of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is out of time and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent has failed to pay her the whole or any part of the amount due to her under regulations 14(2) and 16(1) is out of time and is dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from wages under s13 ERA 1996 in respect of holiday pay is out of time and is dismissed.
