JUDGMENT
[1]The employment of Claimant 1 and Claimant 2 was transferred from the First Respondent to the Second Respondent on 7 October 2022 by virtue of Regulation 4 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006.[2]Claimant 1 and Claimant 2 were unfairly dismissed on 14 October 2022 because the sole or principal reason for their dismissal was the transfer itself.[3]The Second Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimants the following sums: Basic Award Claimant 1 £1085.94 Claimant 2 £3581.50 Compensatory Award The Claimants do not claim a compensatory award 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No: 3315339/2022, 3315340/2022 3315163/2022, 3315164/2022
