JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages, by way of a failure by the respondent to pay a bonus from September 2022 to June 2023, is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages, by way of a failure by the respondent to pay any wages during the period 11 September 2023 to 29 September 2023 is upheld.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant’s wages for the period 11 September 2023 to 29 September 2023, based on a standard working week of 36.7 hours at £11.50 per hour, less any deductions for tax and insurance, within 14 days of the date that this judgment is sent to the parties.
