[1]The claimant’s claim of pregnancy and maternity discrimination under s18 Equality Act 2010 is upheld in part.[2]The claimant’s claim of victimisation is dismissed.[3]The tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear a claim of ordinary unfair dismissal from the claimant and that claim is dismissed.[4]The claimant’s claim of automatically unfair dismissal under s99 Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed.[5]The respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £3457.64 comprising of:a. £3000 for injury to feelingsb. Interest at 8% for the period 30 October 2020 to 18 October 2021 and 21 March 2025 to 26 February 20206 amounting to £457.64, within 14 days of receipt of this judgment.
