Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages. £757.48 (net) was properly payable in November 2023, and had not been paid by the time this claim was presented.[2]The Respondent has since paid the sum (in around March 2024) and therefore no order for payment is required.[3]I am not persuaded that the Claimant incurred specific loss as a result of the late payment, and I do no order any compensation to be paid.
