JUDGMENT
(1) It is hereby declared that the Claimant suffered unauthorised deductions from her wages in the sum of: (i) £4,189.47 (gross) for basic pay, (ii) £406.80 (gross) enhanced pay for bank holiday working and the Respondent is hereby ordered to pay to the Claimant those sums (subject to any deductions required in respect of Tax or National Insurance).(2) The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,090.89 (subject to any deductions required in respect of Tax or National Insurance) in respect of annual leave accrued but untaken or unpaid at the termination of the Claimant’s employment.
