The prescribed element is £2,895.92. The dates of the period to which the Case Number: 3314890/2020 2 prescribed element is attributable are 3rd September 2020 to 29th October 2020. The total monetary award exceeds the prescribed element by £2,911.22.[5]Any interest order in respect of the judgment dated 13th December 2022 is set aside in the interests of justice.
