[1]The claimant was dismissed for reason of redundancy which is a fair reason.[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1330.[3]The claimant was procedurally unfairly dismissed.[4]The claimant is entitled to compensation of £177 in respect of the procedurally unfair dismissal.[5]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract by non-payment of notice pay succeeds.[6]The claimant is entitled to payment of £1741.80 as compensation for the breach of contract of failing to pay notice pay.[7]The claimant’s claim for non-payment of holiday succeeds.[8]The claimant is entitled to a payment of £1393.65 in respect of unpaid holiday pay.[9]For clarity it is recorded that the total monetary award set out in this judgement (calculated by adding the redundancy payment, unfair dismissal compensation, breach of contract and unpaid holiday pay) is £4642.45.
