JUDGMENT
[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is that:a. The claims for race discrimination and religion and belief discrimination against the First, Second and Third Respondents were presented outside the time limit for the presentation of complaints. It is not just and equitable to extend time for presentation of the claims. The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine the claims.b. The breach of contract claim against the Third Respondent has no reasonable prospects of success and is struck out.[2]Reasons for the judgment having been given orally at the hearing, written 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No: 3314881/2020 (V) reasons will not be provided unless a written request is presented by either party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
