JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant is entitled to be paid six days arrears of pay at the agreed net daily rate of £105.14, a total therefore of £630.84.[2]The claimant is entitled to be paid 12.5 days holiday pay at the same rate, a total therefore of £1,314.25.[3]By consent, the claimant is entitled to be paid in respect of notice pay the agreed net sum of £262.84.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant four weeks’ pay in accordance with the provisions of section 38 Employment Act 2002 (failure to issue written particulars), a sum of £2,102.76.[5]Accordingly, the total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant in accordance with this judgment is £4,310.69.
