Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 - Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £3,118.28.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract by not being given any notice of the termination of his contract of employment, and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant damages for the failure to give such notice in the sum of £767.12.[3]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment by failing to follow any procedure for dismissing the claimant and is ordered to pay the claimant damages for such breach in the sum of £328.77.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s entitlement to accrued holiday pay and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £670.87.
