[1]The Claimant was automatically unfairly dismissed as a result of a TUPE transfer between the First and Second Respondent. The Second Respondent is Ordered to make the following payment to the Claimant:a. The Claimant is entitled to a basic award in the sum of £3,461.52;b. The Claimant who has accrued untaken holiday of 8 days, is entitled to the sum of £503.92; andc. The Claimant has suffered unlawful deduction of wages in the sum of £2,350.00. Total award payable by the Second Respondents is: £ 6,315.47[2]The Tribunal also makes a Preparation Time Order and the Second Respondents are Ordered to pay £ 410.00
