[1]The Claimant was wrongfully dismissed.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice (wrongful dismissal) and the Respondent is Ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £525.44 (4 weeks at £131.36 per week).[3]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and it is Ordered to pay the Claimant in the sum of £353.56[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant holiday entitlement and is Ordered to pay the Claimant in the sum of £39[5]Accordingly, the Respondent must pay the TOTAL SUM of £918 to the Claimant in full and final settlement of her claim.
