[1]The Claimant’s claim for failure to make a reasonable adjustment is well-founded and succeeds. JUDGMENT[2]1. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £35,460.39, comprising:a. £20,000 in respect of injury to feelings;b. £4,580 in interest on the injury to feelings award;c. £9,127.84 in compensation for financial losses, comprising: i. £2,672.50 in respect of shift allowance; ii. £1,747.98 in respect of the Saturday shift premium; iii. £2,741.76 in respect of the Sunday shift premium; iv. £1,965.60 in respect of mileage costs; andd. £1,752.55 in interest on the compensation for financial losses.
