The claim is struck out.REASONS
By a letter dated 17 November 2021 the Tribunal informed the Claimant that it was considering striking out his claim on the grounds that it was not being actively pursued and he had not complied with the Tribunal’s Case Management Orders. This proceeded the final hearing dated 9 November 2021 which the Claimant did not attend. The Claimant was given an opportunity to make representations, or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck by 30 November 2021. On 18 December 2021 the Claimant was given a further opportunity to provide representations and was asked to reply by 4 January 2022. This correspondence was sent to the Claimant by first class post and email. The Claimant has failed to make any representations, in writing or otherwise, as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out. ________________ _
