JUDGMENT
[1]The allegations described in the following paragraphs of the order of EJ Hawksworth dated 2 December 2022 (whether as direct race discrimination, race harassment, victimisation or as detriments on account of protected disclosures) are struck out on the basis that they have no reasonable prospects of success: - 2.1.1 - 2.1.5.3 - 2.1.6.1 – 2.1.6.6 - 2.1.6.8 – 2.1.6.9 - 2.1.6.11 - 2.1.6.13 - 2.1.6.18 - 2.1.7.1, 2.1.7.3 – 2.1.7.4 - 5.2.1 - 5.2.5[2]The allegations described in paras 2.1.6.16 and 2.1.6.17 are struck out on the basis that they have no reasonable prospect of success, but only to the extent that they are alleged a detriments arising from protected disclosures.[3]The allegation described in para 2.1.9 (in respect of all claims it relates to) is dismissed on withdrawal[4]The claimant’s application for costs is dismissed.
