JUDGMENT
(1) The Employment Tribunals have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaint that his dismissal was direct discrimination because of race, in contravention of the Equality Act 2010, because the proceedings on that compliant were brought within a period in respect of which it is just and equitable to consider that complaint.(2) The question whether the Employment Tribunals have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaints about matters before his dismissal is adjourned for determination at the final hearing.
