Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £4166.67 in respect of unpaid wages and a gross sum of £411.15 for arrears of wages.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s contractual expenses and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £76.00.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £4166.67.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £4789.25.[5]The total sum payable by the Respondent to the Claimant is therefore £13609.74
