[1]Neither party attended the hearing listed on 1 May 2025. The Respondent had notified the Tribunal that it is a company in liquidation. The Claimant did not comply with the order to produce documents, nor a witness statement and did not attend. Nor did the Claimant notify the Tribunal of any reason for their non attendance.[2]The Tribunal attempted to contact the Claimant by both telephone and email, but received no reply.[3]The hearing proceeded in the absence of the parties at 10.47am and the claim was dismissed.
