[1]The respondent has taken no part in these proceedings and did not file an ET1.[2]The claimant was ordered to file any documentation on which he sought to rely in support of his claim by 28 November 2024. He did not file any documents by 28 November 2024. Yesterday (27 January 2025), in response to an email from the tribunal he emailed 10 screenshots from a mobile phone.[3]The claimant was sent a link to attend the hearing today. He did not contact the tribunal to say he could not attend or ask for a postponement. The clerk emailed the claimant at 2pm and telephoned him. The claimant did not answer his telephone. There was no response to the email. The claimant did not attend the hearing. Approved by:
