JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction of wages is dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed as the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.[3]A deposit order is made in relation to the claimant’s disability discrimination claims.

REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £500.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 12 March 2021. The Order was sent to the claimant on 5 May 2021, and the time for payment was extended to 9 August 2021. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit.
