JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant failed to attend the public preliminary hearing on 4 March 2025 and did not respond to the Tribunal’s email at 2.10pm re-sending the CVP link and asking the Claimant to join immediately.[2]The Tribunal was satisfied having read the case file that the Claimant’s nonattendance had come after the Claimant had failed to comply with orders of the Tribunal and failure to respond to communication from the Respondent’s representative, prior to today’s hearing.[3]The Claimant’s claim was dismissed under rule 47 Employment Tribunal Rules 2024.
