[1]There was no misrepresentation which induced the claimant to sign the settlement agreement and the claim for unfair dismissal cannot proceed in the tribunal.[2]The claim for unfair dismissal was also presented out of time and the claimant has not shown that it was not reasonably practicable to have presented the claim in time.
